When you send a request through the form on the Contacts page: your first and last name, company name, email address and the text of your message. We also store the IP address of the request to protect the form from spam (no more than five requests per hour from one address).

When you write to us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your letter.

We use this data only to reply to your request and to discuss a possible project — steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The IP address is used to protect the form from spam, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the data for advertising and do not sell it.

The request is saved in the website database and sent to the agency email. The providers of our website hosting and email process the data on our behalf. We do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Requests are kept as long as they are needed to communicate with you or for a project that follows. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

The site does not set cookies for visitors. The admin area uses a session cookie for logged-in editors only. A temporary flag for page transitions is kept in your browser session storage and contains no personal data. We do not use advertising cookies.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to see how the site is used and where visitors come from. It sets its own cookies and processes your IP address and device data. Without consent, it is not loaded. With your consent, we also use the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits and requests that come from our ads. It sets advertising cookies and processes your IP address and device data. Without consent, it is not loaded. Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your browser for a year. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
